Được tổ chức cùng với Lễ hội Pháp – Việt và diễn ra song song với vòng loại cuộc thi Louis Lesaffre Cup từ ngày 14 – 15/12/2013
Công ty Men Saf-Viet (đồng tài trợ chính thức nguyên liệu Men – Phụ gia cho Nhat Huong Baking Center ) sẽ tổ chức một sự kiện bánh mì lớn ở Việt Nam từ ngày 14 đến ngày 15 tháng 12/2013 tại HCM. Đây là sự kiện bánh mì duy nhất và lớn nhất ở Việt Nam.
Cuộc thi: LÀM BÁNH MÌ TO NHẤT VIỆT NAM 2013 ( với 2kg bột nhào). Lần đầu tiên diễn ra tại Việt Nam do Công ty Men Saf – Viet tổ chức.
Thợ bánh làm ra ổ bánh mì to nhất ở cuộc thi làm bánh mì lớn nhất sẽ nhận 1 TV LCD trị giá 05 triệu đồng, tất cả thợ bánh tham dự sẽ nhận được 01 áo thun và 01 thùng men tươi.
Lưu ý: Chỉ tối đa 20 thí sinh đăng ký thi (ưu tiên cho những thí sinh đăng ký trước).

Các nguyên liệu thí sinh được sử dụng:
– Bột mì 11% protein
– Men tươi Saf – Viet
– Phụ gia Ibis 300
– Muối
– Nước
– Vitamin C
Thí sinh tự trộn bột theo công thức và quy trình của riêng mình. Sau đó cân đúng 2 Kg bột nhào để làm 1 ổ bánh mì.
Lưu ý: Chỉ tối đa 20 thí sinh đăng ký thi (ưu tiên cho những thí sinh đăng ký trước).
